  • What type of equipment do you use?
  • We utilize state of the art 3 chip digital camcorders manufactured by Sony and Canon
  • I've recently read that DVCAM is more 'professional' than standard DV (mini dv). Is that true?
  • Don't be fooled by this inaccurate information. Mini DV, Digital8, DVCAM and DVCPRO have essentially the same quality specifications. The term "broadcast quality" is often used when referring to DVCAM but the fact is many formats are used for broadcast, including Mini DV
    DVCAM is a proprietary format only available on Sony equipment that also tends to be more expensive than other equipment options

  • How many cameras do you use to shoot the wedding?
  • Two cameras, and two camera operators
  • Do you have wireless microphones, to capture the best audio?
  • Yes. We have high frequency (UHF) diversity wireless microphone systems
  • How many hours of coverage are provided?
  • While there is no set time limit, we find that we have most things 'in the can' approximately 1 hour before your reception ends
  • Are editing, titles and music included in the quoted price?
  • Yes.
  • Is the unedited master tape available to purchase?
  • We do not provide the un-edited tapes.
  • What is the cost of additional DVDs?
  • Additional copies of the DVD are available for $35.00/each
  • When will I receive my finished product
  • Our estimated delivery schedule is 3-4 months after your wedding.
  • Are there any additional charges for mileage between wedding and reception?
  • No.
  • Do you have back-up equipment in the event of a problem?
  • Yes, we have back up equipment.
  • Do you need any special lighting or electrical outlets?
  • Our equipment is completely self contained, and no electrical outlets are required.
    We may, however, use an electrical outlet during your reception to charge some equipment.
  • Will you meet with us ahead of time to go over details or last minute questions ?
  • Yes, we usually attend your rehearsal.
