| Obituary article states as follows: S.E. Forrest of Mansfield Died in Hospital August 14, Samuel Ezra Forrest of Mansfield, a former road maintainer of Henry County, died at the Henry County Hospital Thursday morning, August 14. He was 69. Services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 at the Ephesus Baptist Church in Carroll County with the Rev, Rufus Meyers officiating. Burial was in the Massey Cemetery with Milligan and Ridgeway Funeral home direction. Survivors include his wife the former Erdie Massie, a daughter Mrs. Lena Palmer of Mansfield a son Thomas Forrest of Cleveland Ohio; two sisters, Mrs Mazie Bunn of McKenzie, Mrs Era Hoofman of Hayti, Mo; a brother L.W. Forrest of Mansfield eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. |
