This involved complete system set-up and configuration of thousands of Compaq/IBM PentiumII desktop/laptop computers, peripherals, check readers, (bank related) and printers. Tested all windows 95/NT workstations and peripherals for proper operation and connectivity, providing next day support ensuring no interruption of Bank operations. SystemOne Agency - Troubleshot, diagnosed, and collected data for Nextel’s wireless all digital IDEN system in the Central Florida corridor. This involved manipulating laptop software, cellular phone in different modes, GPS, and database software to interpret data. Handled customer support in person for reported signal loss, and garbled or lost calls determining problem and recommending solutions to fix it.

Department of Defense –1985-1997Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida – Computer Technician Maintained, installed, upgraded, troubleshot, diagnosed, and repaired various computer systems and peripherals for over 1000 users in stand-alone and networked environments both over the phone and in person. Participated in the command’s complete change over from DOS to Windows Operating System. Participated in numerous team projects such as running cables, integrating, and testing systems. Also participated in a rotation assignment of help desk operations. Kept accurate help desk log information. Set up Audio Visual aids and equipment for special conferences and meetings making sure that LCDs and overhead projection equipment worked properly. Maintained and inventoried this equipment. N.T.C.
