Cashel

Cloudy, late morning. We had been advised to stop here to see the castle, known as "Cashel Rock". It's an ancient, historic fortress where it is said Saint Patrick baptised the Irish King, Aengus, in the 5th century. Heavy sense of history as we toured the ruins in a light rain. Also met a couple from Virginia during the informational video presentation.
